Delete your account
You can delete your Vyal account and erase all associated data at any time. Vyal stores your data on your device, so deletion is fast and complete.
Option 1 - From inside the app (recommended)
- Open Vyal on your iPhone.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
This permanently removes your Sign in with Apple identifier from the device, your playbook, your settings, and every call record (transcripts, scores, contacts, notes) stored locally.
Option 2 - Uninstall the app
Touch and hold the Vyal app icon on your Home Screen, then tap Remove App > Delete App. Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling removes everything.
What gets deleted
- Sign in with Apple identifier stored in the iOS Keychain
- Your playbook, preferences, and app settings
- All call records: contact name, company, duration, date, transcript text, and coaching scores
- Any third-party AI API keys you added (stored in the iOS Keychain)
Vyal does not maintain a server-side copy of your data, so once it is removed from your device it is gone.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To cancel, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, tap Vyal, and choose Cancel. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
